About The Position

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Functional D365 Lead. This position involves leading an implementation of D365 ERP specifically tailored for the retail sector, with a focus on the D365 Commerce Module. The role requires acting as the business process expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering D365 ERP implementations, specifically within the retail industry.
• Strong expertise in business process design and configuration.
• Excellent project planning and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory control, OMS, PIM implementation, and store operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees or certifications in D365 or ERP systems.
• Relevant certifications in D365, project management, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead an implementation of D365 ERP specifically tailored for the retail sector.
• Act as the business process expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan, guiding the team through D365-enabled business process design, user stories, and test cases.
• Lead the configuration, process design, and overall implementation of D365.
• Specialize in inventory control, Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM) implementation, and store operations.
• Supervise several business process leads, ensuring cohesive and efficient teamwork.
• Engage and guide business process owners, particularly in areas of inventory control, OMS, PIM implementation, and store operations.
