About The Position

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module, particularly within the context of the Aero and Defense sectors. They should possess a deep understanding of the specific transportation and logistics needs of these industries and be adept at configuring and optimizing the SAP TM module to meet those needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP TM S/4 HANA implementation experience
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in TM, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics operations within the Aero and Defense industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the SAP TM module to support transportation operations in the Aero and Defense industries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their transportation and logistics requirements and translate them into SAP TM configurations.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure efficient and effective transportation management processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP TM module.
• Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
