About The Position

The Functional Consultant Retail & ERP role requires 8+ years of experience supporting retail merchandising and ERP systems with strong hands-on expertise in Jesta Vision. The consultant will support end-to-end retail business processes provide L2 and L3 production support manage integrations and collaborate with onshore stakeholders and offshore support teams while ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement of retail systems.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Jesta Vision modules with at least three of the following: Merchandising
  • Inventory or WMS
  • Store or POS
  • Order Management or Omnichannel
  • End-to-end retail domain process knowledge including: Item onboarding
  • Inventory management
  • Pricing and promotions
  • Procure-to-pay
  • Order-to-cash
  • Store operations
  • Returns
  • Stock reconciliation
  • Seasonal planning
  • Extensive knowledge and competency in retail merchandising with elementary knowledge of SCM and distribution center operations
  • Ability to manage onshore customers and large offshore support teams with L1.5 L2 and L3 capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in understanding current state architecture of the Retail Merchandising System and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in SQL including queries joins and troubleshooting data issues
  • Experience with integrations including: EDI
  • REST or SOAP APIs
  • SFTP or file drops
  • Message queues
  • Comfort with log analysis batch schedulers and job monitoring tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Oracle RMS
  • Experience supporting complex retail integrations across multiple enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for Jesta Vision Suite modules including Merchandising Inventory or WMS Store or POS and Order Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to item setup pricing purchase orders receipts allocations inventory adjustments sales orders returns and transfers
  • Monitor and maintain interface queues batch jobs and integrations with eCommerce platforms payment gateways 3PLs and finance systems
  • Execute minor enhancements configuration changes and data fixes with appropriate approvals.
