Skills in: Effective oral and written communication Effective time management Analyze problems and issues and reach solutions that meet business needs Independently configure systems Assist with system implementation and integrations Translate business requirements into system specifications Advise and influence colleagues Process improvement methodologies
Ability to: Use logical reasoning and analysis Troubleshoot problems and issues and reach solution that meets business needs Interpret technical specifications and relate them to system functionality Facilitate a group of stakeholders to design business processes to meet requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or field related to area supported OR An equivalent combination of education and IT or business operations experience
Experience: 5 years of professional experience as an analyst in a related IT field or performing above duties in applicable system OR 5 years of IPC experience in related operational area and 2 years of experience in applicable system functionality

Responsibilities

Configuring, administering, and supporting systems at an advanced level
Performing comprehensive workflow and interface analyses to identify efficiencies and improvements
Defining and documenting complex business requirements and processes with precision
Translating business needs into technical specifications and effectively communicating them to technical teams
Testing and implementing new processes and functionality to enhance system capabilities
Troubleshooting and documenting system and user issues to ensure timely resolution
Designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and queries to support data-driven decision-making
