The Functional Analyst (Finance) is responsible for providing ongoing analytics and identifying issues related to a variety of non-technical and technical project deliverables. This includes requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation. The role involves conducting research and analytical studies on various programs and issues, coordinating and expediting reports and programs, developing procedures, formulating recommendations, and preparing reports. Additionally, the analyst will conduct organizational analysis and evaluations, determine functional requirements, conduct simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
