SUMMARY: Fully stages all necessary catering equipment and supplies needed for a complete set up of a function. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered events Ability to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention to Banquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups. Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet service Thoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage Complete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the property Communicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up time Special projects and assignments as business dictate.
