The Distribution Center Function Lead coordinates the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of daily operations within assigned functional area(s). This role leads shift readiness activities, coordinates labor deployment, monitors labor management dashboards, obtains productivity and quality performance reports, and champions adherence to safety and operational standards. The Function Lead facilitates training and operational readiness and maintains required operational and safety documentation. This position may provide coverage across multiple departments based on business needs.
