About The Position

MarketStar has an opening for a Function Lead who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program for Reddit. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team, but ultimately will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the “Reddit Effect”. You will be a key player in delivering sales results and scaling Reddit’s SMB and Agency efforts. Even better….you can work for one of the hottest companies in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains in Utah. You will report directly to the Program Director.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in sales leadership or account management leadership
Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures
Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ablility to present concepts and ideas to various audiences
Ablility to learn quick and excel in a team environment

Responsibilities

Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management
Drive and deliver program metrics and activity reports to MarketStar and Reddit leadership
Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies
Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized
Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices
Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals.
