This role is responsible for acting as the front line leader for Centralized Services, providing daily support to team members to ensure a first-in-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers. The Function Lead serves as an escalation point for complex or critical issues, assigns, monitors, and reviews daily work, and provides technical guidance.
