Cut and prepare meats for our meat cases, using outstanding knife skills, equipment, and/or machinery. Interact with customers and team members daily Provide outstanding customer service in a retail and counter-service environment Spend frequent and extended periods of time in chilled and freezer environments working with a variety of natural animal products Lift and carry 50 – 75 pounds on a regular basis
