Requirements

We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience .
Comfortable digging into complex business logic , especially around insurance and payroll.
Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions .
Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
