The Global E-Commerce Data Intelligence team is focused on enhancing the e-commerce experience through data insights and analytics. This team is dedicated to developing capabilities that allow users to extract actionable insights from data, thereby maximizing their potential and efficiency on the platform. The role of a Fullstack Software Engineer involves architecting and developing efficient front-end systems that drive complex web applications for e-commerce products, while also collaborating closely with product and data teams to evolve data-empowered capabilities in various verticals such as data visualization and market intelligence. The engineer will be responsible for optimizing code to improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of web applications. Continuous improvement in engineering excellence is a key focus, as is leading research and development into optimizations for backend systems, including data security and systems architecture. The position also involves providing professional and technical leadership to support the growth of individual team members within a highly effective product engineering team.
