About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications in a client-facing environment. This role requires strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, hands-on leadership in full stack development, and the ability to drive process improvement and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow best-in-class development standards, and contribute to building secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer delivering scalable, maintainable applications using industry best practices.
• 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, Angular, and HTML.
• 7+ years of experience with Spring, Node.js, and MySQL.
• 7+ years of experience with MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of secure development practices, CI/CD concepts, and modern application architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound analytical decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, based on client and project requirements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from functional and technical teams, escalating issues that require additional attention or decision-making.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing leading-practice workflows and driving operational outcomes.
• Design, develop, and deliver maintainable, scalable, and defect-free code following software development best practices such as reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure development, TDD, static code analysis, and peer/code reviews.
• Design and develop key application components using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, Spring, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability across the full technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery standards in a fast-paced client environment.
