About The Position

We are the developers of a pioneering yield-bearing synthetic dollar backed by AI infrastructure assets. Our platform allows emerging AI cloud providers to efficiently finance GPU expansion by leveraging income-generating hardware as collateral. By combining deep underwriting expertise with transparent, on-chain infrastructure, we provide flexible, non-recourse financing to AI operators and sustainable, yield-bearing opportunities to capital providers. We are an extremely flat, Series A-funded organization backed by top-tier investors like Dragonfly, DCG, and Nascent. Our team draws experience from leading institutions such as DRW, Deutsche Bank, and Nansen. We have no middle managers and move quickly from idea to execution. We are looking for a high-agency FullStack Engineer to help us build the next generation of financial products. You will gain true ownership over our suite of web products, influencing the design and execution of everything from transactional interfaces to data-heavy analytics dashboards.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of dedicated React experience.
Deep understanding of modern client-side React architecture and experience working with component libraries.
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (e.g., Wagmi/Viem, subgraphs, querying blockchains, and managing transactions).
Familiarity with backend database management.
Personal experience using DeFi protocols; you understand the user journey of a crypto-native trader.
High Agency: You are self-motivated and thrive in high-autonomy roles where you are expected to drive results with minimal oversight.
Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Integrity: You value transparency and operate with a "results over politics" mindset.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Take the lead on existing web products and influence the creation of new user-facing applications.
Web3 Integration: Ensure seamless integration with on-chain technologies, managing the connection between traditional web interfaces and blockchain protocols.
User Experience: Build trustworthy, performant, and reliable interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
FullStack Collaboration: Partner with designers and backend engineers to implement features that translate complex financial data into simple, comprehensible UIs.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a scalable and reusable codebase, implementing UI tests to ensure reliability in a high-stakes financial environment.
