Requirements

1+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
Strong backend engineering foundation with experience building and scaling production systems.
Proven ability to take ownership and work independently in fast-paced environments.
Experience shipping high-quality code in a startup, top-tier technology company, or similarly demanding environment.
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a small, high-performing team.

Nice To Haves

Fullstack experience (backend-heavy profiles encouraged).
Experience working on early-stage products or infrastructure.
Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
Interest in applied AI or automation-heavy systems (not required).

Responsibilities

Ship to production from day one — take ownership of features and deploy real user-facing code quickly.
Own problems end-to-end — from defining product requirements and writing technical specs to implementation and iteration.
Build across the stack — design and develop backend systems, APIs, infrastructure, and user-facing components.
Work directly with customers — collaborate closely with clients to integrate solutions, gather feedback, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Scale core systems — help evolve the architecture and codebase as the company grows.
Contribute beyond code — participate in technical decision-making, process improvement, and potentially early hiring as the team expands.
