Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb to complete projects.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or motivating groups.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and train work crews of 5-10 individuals.
• Create an uplifting work environment that ensures team member safety.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and encourage team members to build knowledge and skills.
• Delegate, prioritize, and manage the team's time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate and resolve conflicts effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds.
• Monitor crew members' job performance and productivity, providing feedback and training as needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures.
• Complete daily reporting tasks and ensure compliance with company time and attendance processes.
