Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• MIG and TIG welding experience is required
• 3-G welding certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety and ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
• Must have a van or truck and own tools
• Strong communication skills
• High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times
• Drug-free at all times

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabricate parts and assemblies from blueprints
• Plan jobs and maintain schedule
• Perform sawing, grinding, and all necessary prep work
• Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instruction
• Experience in plasma cutting, torch cutting, and grinding
• De-bur/grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture to finish
• Perform other duties as assigned

• $65,000 per year for qualified candidates
• Paid vacations (1 week in the 1st year, 2 weeks in the 2nd year, and 3 weeks in the 5th year)
