About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Warehouse experience beneficial
• Customer service experience helpful
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and reporting skills
• Good manual dexterity
• Excellent communication abilities
• Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
• Price merchandise according to guidelines
• Track production numbers and complete reports
• Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Assist donors with donation drop-offs
• Complete donation receipts accurately
• Collect and track donor information
• Process various types of donations including clothing and accessories, household items, electronics, furniture and antiques, jewelry and collectibles
• May be trained to operate baler, compactor, forklift, elevator, and other warehouse equipment
