This is a full time position. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires accurately and effectively checking in DSD vendors and maintaining all documents and copies for proper accountability. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Accurately check in DSD vendors and maintain all documents for accountability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to participate in required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and clients who only speak English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages using American currency.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, vendor receiving technical skills training, and Vendor Receiving Certification.
