About The Position

We’re hiring a therapist to join our Meridian, ID clinic. Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations

Nice To Haves

• Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
• Bonus (not required): Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings
