About The Position

PWM works with Zeel, a technology-enabled health and wellness platform that allows patients to book telehealth, in-home, and accessible treatments to manage chronic health issues. PWM is dedicated to ensuring the best in quality-of-life enhancing medical treatments for our nation's veterans and is currently hiring licensed clinical mental health providers. As a Telehealth Psychologist with PWM, you will enjoy a fully remote and flexible caseload schedule, full administrative support, and automated claims submissions. Your role will involve providing mental health support to veterans, making a real difference in healthcare for this population. To work with PWM, you must have an active, unrestricted license to practice psychology based on a doctoral level degree in at least one PSYPACT participating state. Additionally, you must have the authority to practice telepsychology under the PSYPACT requirements, including holding an E. Passport issued by the ASPPB, having no history of disciplinary action, and providing attestations as such. Psychologists will be treating veterans living in Washington state via telehealth, and those experienced with trauma and/or pain management are encouraged to apply. In this position, you will be responsible for completing 25 billable direct-service hours per week, remotely. You will provide evidenced-based practices to treat mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma, utilizing outcome measures to determine progress. Establishing and maintaining therapeutic rapport with clients throughout the course of treatment is essential, as is creating individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. You will meet with clients on a routine, weekly cadence in accordance with the authorization or renewal, maintain scheduling and ongoing communication with clients with the support of the administrative team, and report monthly progress summaries to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Additionally, you will utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) to document all client progress in a timely and organized manner, following all safety protocols and maintaining client confidentiality as determined by state regulations.
