About The Position

The Audio-Visual Service Technician at AVI Systems is responsible for supporting clients by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing integrated audio-visual technologies. This role requires a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction, as technicians will work directly with clients across various sectors including business, government, healthcare, education, and entertainment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual presentation systems and IT/Networks.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Nice To Haves

• Info Comm CTS Certification preferred but not required with the right experience.
• Other industry-related training/certifications (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure) are a plus.
