About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for excellence as we continue to grow. We are hiring a full-time Team Leader, with a pay range of $18 to $20 per hour, plus bonuses and commissions, paid weekly. Flexibility is key to our success, and you must be available between 6 am - 9 pm. As a Team Leader, you'll support our Manager and General Manager with daily store operations while inspiring and leading your team to provide exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for leaders who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—on your feet, indoors, and outdoors!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times

• Adhere to all policies and procedures and perform tasks daily as needed

• Know what each part of the wash package does in the vehicle cleaning process
• Be knowledgeable of the differences between our various wash packages
• Interact with guests in the vacuum area to resolve issues, touch up vehicles, and answer questions
• Identify current and future guest requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing guests to understand service requirements
• Resolve guest issues or concerns to maintain the store’s reputation
• Execute daily preventative maintenance and oversee the quality and cleanliness of the tunnel and the rest of the site
• Help organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to staff
• Help supervise and guide staff toward maximum performance
• Maintain positive engagement with Crew Members, empowering them to reach their personal and professional goals with your support and guidance
