About The Position

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME RESPONSIBILITIES Complete required QSAC orientation. Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals. Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions. Supervise Teacher’s Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions. Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program. Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher’s Assistants/Aides. Complete and maintain training requirements. Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required). Interact/communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors. Punctuality and regular attendance is expected. Maintain participant/family confidentiality. Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management. Hourly Rate - $23.00-$29.00 - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Child Psychology, Child Development, Elementary Education, Nursery-Grade 6 Elementary Education, Special Education (Students w/ Disabilities B-2 or 1-6), or General Education – must have at least 12 credits specific to early childhood within any of these areas 3 letters of recommendation required upon hire Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. Ability to run. Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items. Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s). Requirements
