About The Position

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear and compelling product displays.
• Replenish and remerchandise products based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards.
• Ensure accurate execution of pricing activities and ticketing procedures.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Partner with Operations on merchandising incoming products.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Model customer service philosophies and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor daily store activity to prevent loss and ensure compliance with policies.
• Use KPIs to make informed business decisions that drive store results.
• Train and reinforce company policies and safety standards.
