Requirements

• Must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
• Active state license required

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate patients
• Develop and implement discharge plans
• Make revisions to established plans of care as supervised by the physician
