About The Position
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Boston / within the Spa Department in Boston, Massachusetts, the Part-time Spa Attendant position is responsible for providing personal assistance to any guest arriving for spa treatments, private training sessions, or use of the heat and water experiences. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The incumbent will be providing various services and products to the guest and must always be representative of the brand. The Spa Attendant reports to the Director of Spa and Wellness and Spa Managers.
