Cura Hospitality is seeking a Full-Time Server to join our team in Rochester, MN. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a healthcare setting, where you will engage with a diverse set of customers daily. As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that food service runs smoothly while providing excellent customer service. You will be scheduled typically from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with every other weekend off, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. We pride ourselves on not having late-night shifts, which contributes to a healthier work environment. In this role, you will greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner, explain daily specials and menu items, take orders, and follow up to enhance the dining experience. It is essential to adhere to health code regulations while performing your duties. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. While prior food service experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, it is not mandatory.
