The Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte-Lake Norman is seeking a dedicated full-time Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience during their stay. A typical day for a Server includes interacting with guests, taking their orders, and providing detailed information about menu offerings. You will prepare and serve beverages, stock and replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness at your station. Additionally, you will respond to guest requests and verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for working in the food industry and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the availability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
