The ideal candidates will maintain a visible presence, monitor site activity, and respond promptly to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license (if patrol duties require vehicle use)
Strong observation and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
Basic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring systems
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors

Nice To Haves

Prior security experience preferred (corporate or commercial setting a plus)

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security of the premises
Monitor surveillance systems, access control points, and alarm systems
Control site access by verifying identification and issuing visitor badges
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents in a calm and efficient manner
Prepare accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Provide assistance and direction to employees and visitors as needed
Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services when required
