About The Position

VIP Access Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to provide security and access control for multi-tenant office complexes in the greater Seattle area. This role involves maintaining a high visibility presence in the lobby area, conducting patrols, assisting tenants with parking, and being available to help tenants and visitors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License.
• Physically fit to walk, run, climb stairs, and lift/carry at least 60 pounds.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English with good communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to at least 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the premises.
• Assist tenants with parking and provide parking information.
• Maintain a high visibility security presence in the lobby area.
• Provide assistance to tenants and visitors as needed.
