As a Scheduling and Staffing Administrator at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality customer service while ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. Your responsibilities will include supporting internal customers such as store leadership, HR, and associates, as well as external customers. You will monitor driver and associate scheduling to ensure timely delivery and efficient stocking of merchandise. Additionally, you will engage in safe work practices and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will support store leadership through various administrative duties related to staffing, scheduling, talent acquisition training, compliance, and payroll. This includes maintaining associate paperwork, organizing break and training rooms, and updating time and attendance records in accordance with Lowe's policies. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in reviewing, scheduling, and processing prospective candidates through the talent acquisition process. Furthermore, you will support a strong safety culture by managing all administrative tasks related to Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims. To succeed in this position, you must be organized and capable of balancing multiple administrative tasks throughout the day.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • 2 years of administrative experience, including data processing and scheduling.
  • 1 year of experience managing confidential staff information.
  • 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • 1 year of experience supporting the staffing process, including posting requisitions and scheduling interviews.
