About The Position

As a Pro Sales Specialist at Lowe's, you will serve as a guide and consultant for Pro customers, assisting them in finding the materials and supplies necessary for their projects. This role emphasizes customer service and sales expertise, helping Pro customers navigate their needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, including resolving customer issues and assisting with product location.
  • Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to use common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
  • 1-2 years of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special sales orders.
  • Professional certification related to the department being considered.
  • Bi-lingual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Pro business to assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Work with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products through the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
  • Communicate information to customers regarding all the Service, Brand and Value benefits of using the Fulfillment and Delivery network with Lowe's Pro Supply.
  • Utilize CRM to build customer relationships and streamline processes to improve customer service and increase sales.
  • Promote MVPs Pro rewards and partnership program and Pro Credit solutions.
  • Provide information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs.
  • Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service and learn about products.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
