About The Position

As a Pro Sales Specialist at Lowe's, you will serve as a guide and consultant for Pro customers, assisting them in finding the materials and supplies necessary for their projects. This role emphasizes sales expertise and customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that Pro customers receive the right products and services to enhance their business operations.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with skills in resolving customer issues and assisting with product location.
• Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to use common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• 1-2 years of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special sales orders.
• Professional certification related to the department being considered.
• Bi-lingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Pro business to assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
• Work with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products through the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
• Communicate information to customers regarding all Service, Brand, and Value benefits of using the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
• Utilize CRM to build customer relationships and streamline processes to improve customer service and increase sales.
• Promote MVPs Pro rewards and partnership program and Pro Credit solutions.
• Provide information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service and product knowledge.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
