About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at AAA Club Alliance is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of AAA products and services. This role involves assisting members with travel planning, handling customer inquiries, and promoting various membership benefits in a dynamic retail environment. The position offers a consistent work schedule with no Sundays and a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of sales and customer service experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites and programs.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Capture biometric data including electronic fingerprints according to the requirements of vendor and state regulations.
