Responsibilities

  • Take and distribute phone messages.
  • Stay updated on changing job openings and descriptions to qualify candidates based on their skills and work history.
  • Handle heavy call volume to candidates interested in job opportunities and invite them to complete the application process.
  • Gather information and enter data into databases, maintaining accurate candidate information.
  • Assist candidates through the application process, including paperwork and skill testing.
