The position involves providing exceptional service to all, including customers, team members, and delivery drivers. You will be responsible for unloading and organizing all incoming deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper rotation of stock, and inspecting deliveries to verify that the quality and condition of the product is up to KWF standards. You will also match invoice details to delivered products and handle any corrections or returns as necessary. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the back stock area, prioritizing the safety of all who are operating in the space, is essential. Additionally, you will manage the special-order program, working directly with customers.
