About The Position

Midtown Athletic Club in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a Tennis Coach, who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports. Requirements

• Relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
• Have a growth mindset and are curious.
• Passionate about helping others and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Foster a love of racquet sports among members.
• Ensure personal attention to members during coaching sessions.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to a positive team environment.
