About The Position

The Value Added (Cut Fruit) Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Value Added team to enhance customer shopping experiences and promote company growth. This role involves setting operational goals, managing team dynamics, and ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service. The position reports to the Produce Manager and is classified as non-exempt.

Requirements

• Food handling permit must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment.
• Completion of ongoing training and development as per Cosentino's Learning Plan.
• Basic math and reading skills required for the position.

• Utilize proper rotation techniques for products.
• Accurately price and label items for display.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment safely.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety procedures.
