About The Position
Franklin Park Sonterra is looking for a Fulltime Porter. The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs, including minor plumbing, patching/painting, minor electrical, and minor HVAC work. The Porter will also be responsible for the proper removal and disposal of trash, completing preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, and physically walking and inspecting the buildings and grounds daily to clear debris, correct minor problems, and note/report areas of concern. Additional duties include performing make-ready assignments in vacated apartments, properly cleaning, maintaining, and securing company-owned equipment, and participating in regular safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency evacuation drills. The position requires rotating evening and weekend on-call duty, with the ability to report to the community as needed while on call.
