About The Position

The Full-Time PM Cook position involves working from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and every other weekend. The primary responsibilities include preparing items for the Student Dining hall, catering, and concession events. The cook will collaborate with a team to ensure that food is prepared fresh and meets the established standards. Depending on the menu mix, the position may require working specific grill positions.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team with other members of the staff.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cooking experience in a large volume setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
