About The Position
Golden Hills Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Physical Therapy Aide (PT Aide) to join our team at our Milpitas location. Since 1992, we have been committed to providing exceptional outpatient physical therapy and wellness services to patients in the San Jose, Milpitas, and greater Silicon Valley area. As a PT Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will also have the opportunity to interact with patients, providing them with encouragement and support throughout their therapy sessions. We are looking for candidates who exemplify our core values and are considering a career in the physical therapy or occupational therapy profession. Strong customer service skills, clinical competence, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role. We offer competitive base compensation ranging from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off (PTO), health insurance, professional liability insurance, and a 401(k) plan upon eligibility.
