About The Position
Harris Teeter is seeking a full-time associate to join our team, where we prioritize customer service and satisfaction. This position involves extensive customer contact, and associates will receive training to enhance their skills in providing excellent service. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations during every shopping visit. Associates will manage the Personal Shopper program, which includes downloading internet orders and loading customer vehicles. During slower periods, associates may also perform duties as a bagger or cashier. Every interaction with customers reflects on Harris Teeter, making it essential to maintain a positive image and foster customer loyalty.
