About the position

Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language, and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling; applied behavior analysis; and early intervention services. Pediatric Partners is expanding to St. Cloud, Minnesota, and we're looking for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to improve communication, swallowing, cognitive-communication, and social skills in pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain detailed, skilled documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support communication development and carryover of therapy strategies at home and in natural settings
  • Monitor therapy progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
  • Assess the child's natural environments—such as home, school, or daycare—and recommend strategies or modifications to enhance communication and participation
  • Recommend and train families on the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices or other assistive technology as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address the child's holistic needs
  • Manage a pediatric caseload, maintain open communication with families, and coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions
  • Complete accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided

Requirements

  • Credentials from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program are required
  • Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) required
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply
  • A passion for working with children and their families is a must
