About The Position

The Full Time Partial Care Specialist position involves providing comprehensive case management services to program consumers, implementing Individual Recovery Plans (IRP), and facilitating supportive skill development and activities groups. The role requires ensuring that service provision and documentation align with external regulatory bodies such as Medicaid and the NJ Division of Mental Health Services. Additionally, the specialist will observe consumers' self-administration of prescribed medication according to agency procedures.

Requirements

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
• Valid New Jersey driver's license
• Mental health/human services experience desired

Responsibilities

• Provides all case management services to the program consumers, implementation of an Individual Recovery Plan (IRP)
• Facilitates supportive skill development, cognitive stimulation, and activities groups
• Ensures service provision and documentation is consistent with external regulatory bodies (Medicaid, NJ Division of Mental Health Services)
• Observes consumers self-administration of prescribed medication, as per agency procedures
