About The Position

We are a professional office, industrial and medical cleaning company. We provide all equipment, uniforms, supplies and job training. Located in both Bridgeton and St Ann, we are looking for a Housekeeper/General Cleaner for the evenings. The shift details are from 7:00pm to 3:30am, Monday to Friday. This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, their students, and grounds by performing essential cleaning duties. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and multitask
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be dependable and on time, and contribute to a positive work climate

Nice To Haves

• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Use proper PPE where required
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
