We deliver compassionate, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults navigating mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions. We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our mission-driven outpatient mental health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients through individual therapy, carrying a dedicated caseload, and maintaining schedule flexibility with evening availability.

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
Completion of a clinical internship

Nice To Haves

Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in an outpatient setting
Familiarity with treating a broad range of mental health diagnoses
Experience in higher levels of care or co-occurring treatment settings

Responsibilities

Carry and manage an individual caseload of adolescent and adult clients
Provide individual therapy; group and/or family therapy as clinically indicated
Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development
Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
Perform other duties as assigned
