Full-Time Outpatient Therapist Location: Exton, PA Employer: High Focus Centers Schedule: Full-time | Flexible evening hours | In-person Compensation: $53,000 – $56,000 (commensurate with education and experience) Help Clients Heal. Support Recovery with Flexible Scheduling. High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope in Exton are trusted behavioral healthcare providers serving communities across Eastern Pennsylvania. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults navigating mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions. We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our mission-driven outpatient mental health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients through individual therapy, carrying a dedicated caseload, and maintaining schedule flexibility with evening availability.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
  • Completion of a clinical internship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in an outpatient setting
  • Familiarity with treating a broad range of mental health diagnoses
  • Experience in higher levels of care or co-occurring treatment settings

Responsibilities

  • Carry and manage an individual caseload of adolescent and adult clients
  • Provide individual therapy; group and/or family therapy as clinically indicated
  • Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress
  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development
  • Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
