About The Position
Functional Pathways is looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our Knoxville headquarters. In this role, you will be the face of our onboarding process, helping new team members transition smoothly into their roles. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that every new hire experiences a seamless journey from offer acceptance to their first day.
