Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate patients as per the established plan of care.
• Discharge planning and making revisions to the care plan as supervised by the Physician.
