This kind, down-to-earth couple is back with East Wind Nannies and excited to welcome another incredible nanny to care for their bright and busy two-year-old daughter. We’ve worked with this family before and can confidently say they are phenomenal employers who truly value their nanny as part of the team. The schedule is ideally Monday through Thursday, around 8:00 am–5:00 pm (sometimes 6:00 pm), with flexibility on exact times and opportunities for additional hours. Both parents have demanding careers and work from home, but they’re respectful of your role and give you full autonomy during the day. Their daughter loves outings, gymnastics, learning through play, and staying active! The family also belongs to a country club and plans to include swimming lessons — so a reliable car and swimmer is preferred. There’s a detailed house cleaner, but this role includes some house manager style support such as laundry, light meal prep, errands, tidying, and light pet care for their two friendly dogs. They also have a second home in Florida and would love a nanny open to 2–3 weeks of travel per year (though childcare is available there if needed).
